30445: Toll Free verification rejection - Invalid Information
The Toll-Free phone number verification submission has been reviewed and it was rejected.
The toll-free phone number cannot be verified because of invalid information. The Business Information such as business name or address that was submitted could not be verified or the website URL could be not validated because it is not accessible or available. Or the ISV contact information was provided instead of its customer's contact information.
Verify that all the business information fields are correct. Ensure that you have a live website URL. If you are an ISV, update the toll free verification with your customer's information. Resubmit the toll free verification.
