21741: Brand 2FA Verification Failed or Timed Out

This error occurs when the recipient of the 2FA verification email does not complete the process within the allowed time window ( 7 days). This step is mandatory for 2FA in Auth+ to be considered complete.
The 2FA email was not clicked or confirmed in time.
The token expired without user action.
Use the API or Console to re-send the 2FA email. Ask the brand contact to act on the email promptly after receipt. If brand contact is not receiving the 2FA email reach out to Twilio Support for further assistance
